  • Marketing Purposes - GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), NDPR Section 2.2(f): legitimate interest in offering relevant products and services (you may opt out at any time).

We do not retain your data longer than necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.

13. Blockchain Transparency
When you make cryptocurrency transactions through Moniepal:
  • Transaction details (amounts, wallet addresses, timestamps) are recorded on public blockchains
  • Blockchain data is permanent, immutable, and publicly accessible
  • While wallet addresses are pseudonymous, determined third parties may be able to link blockchain addresses to identities through various means
  • Moniepal does not control blockchain networks and cannot delete or modify blockchain records
